At the Utila Dive Centre, we have several career orientated programs that can not only help you meet your goal of qualifying as a PADI Divemaster or Scuba diving Instructor, but (most importantly) excel you in a profession that you will love. The scuba diving industry is an exciting area to work as a dive professional and there are many different scuba Instructor internships around, but we feel that we have the experience and the success to mentor and pass on to our trainees and interns a firm understanding of how they can succeed in the dive industry today and the future.

Our goal with our Instructor scuba diving internship is not just to certify you as a PADI Instructor at the end of the Instructor Development Course, but through our internship allow you to learn first hand with guidance and on the job training, gain an environmental understanding, develop your interpersonal skills, learn boat handling and safe and professional dive practices. We’ll see that you have a lot of fun whilst learning so that ultimately your own scuba diving students will too!
